They have totally different objects. Who saw them as together? Certainly not Plato or Aristotle. Just because Plato and Aristotle sometimes use grammatical words doesn't mean they're talking about grammar. The only place Aristotle talks about grammar is in the Poetics; and incidentally in discussing fallacies since some of them depend on grammar/morphology.

And in this thread I posted one AFTER your spam. Just read the table of contents I posted from an old book about logic and it's clear a lot of that stuff would be called grammar today. And I have been studying the trivium from actual books for a long time, while you haven't studied it at all, you're just a troll.
