Years of Kant, Sartre, and Kierkegaard have brought me to a terrible place. I want books that will make me believe my eyes and believe my heart. Post anything - I will probably read it.

After reading all of Nietzsche's major works I am convinced that if you are in a bad state you would do yourself more of a favour by booking a trip to Nice and the Swiss mountains and enjoying the places Nietzsche got inspired in instead of breaking your heart over his writings.

The Hobbit and The Lord of the Rings. Stop wasting your time reading non-fiction, most of it is mental farts. Very little non-fiction is truly worth reading.

Read the Koran, take Shahada and establish Salah. Despite everything I still see a lot of beauty in the world and don't use any drugs or drink. Just lots of prayer!

This is also called Muraqaba, meditative observation, it is a practice in Islamic mysticism.

God has a language, He is Ultimate Reality itself. He speaks through all things and has even made the sun and moon as signs for us as the Koran teaches.

If you are aware of Him watching you as you watch Him, you can attain a mystic union and silently observe Him speak to you through reality itself. Nature is a good setting for Muraqaba, reserved a chapter in my book for this subject.
