I dislike reading in the morning, too passive of a way to start my day. Generally write and/or practice guitar.

Same. It takes like 6 hours for my brain to kick in 100% to where reading anything would even be worthwhile.

Yes big breaths, reading this, two cigarettes, strong coffee, a liter of proper water, an ambient set, watching the sunrise ignite every follicle upon my cat's back, scratching my crotch's warwounds, breathing deeply now, and calling in sick. That's the perfect way.
