The Great Replacement theory is 100% certified horseshit. There is no such thing as a planned policy to change the demographics in a mechanical, predictable manner, just greedy fatfuck pricks trying to make a buck off of people's desperation, and chucking the negative consequences onto society's shoulder. You are right, there isn’t a single plan for this, but the fact of the matter is that it is happening. White people are becoming minorities in their own countries. In 60 years America has went from 90% white to 55%, and falling. London has gone from 98% white to like 40%. Australias numbers are similar. But I agree there isn’t some big evil plan for, but I do think Jews are helping push it along, by bombing the Middle East and sending the refugees to Europe or America, and supporting immigration in America and Australia.

No, more 'smart people are being massively barred from political and economical power'. This is also Asians, and the powers that be do this, because dummies make for better obedient workers, and ask far less critical questions about those who run the system.
