As I reread it, I have to believe this is parody. It's too on the nose, too stupid, too overt.
This story is not about diaspora, not really. This story is satire against people who are too up in their own ass

She gets a section because she's the star of the show. She acts like this empowering icon yet never says a nice thing to anyone. Not her husband, not the old or young lady. Instead, she escapes into her religion of feminism, to try and justify her extremely cruel comments. The bomb drop was the pacing-faint scene: no good human would let a person faint in the sauna, and not do something to help. All you have to do is call 911/alert staff. If you make a single excuse, like "oh she was being rude" to a stranger who we have seen did nothing even evil, at most she's obvious, then you are a cruel human being. If the hag's a Jew, and they're in the sauna, and there was a part about fearing she would collapse due to the heat, I wonder if that was a holocaust reference?
This story is not about feminism. It isn't. Men aren't even in the story, they are just referenced, like shadows or dreams. This story isn't about racism: we do not see a single nigger/person of color or even chink get treated differently/picked on for being non-white.
This story clicks when you reread this section and see the deeper implication of in-between bitch's offense. She was mad at surface level at being included in the we camp, because it implies that she's ugly like the hag. But there's a deeper part to it: why is it that quote is followed by paragraph? Especially the last bit, about becoming blood sisters?
The reason is the in-between cunt is offended not because she thinks the old woman is calling her ugly, it is because she doesn't WANT to be friends with the hag but can't bring herself to admit it. She wants to play and see politics everywhere to not work on herself, so when someone tries to make the slightest connection to her she puts up barriers. She puts it because she is terrified at joining society that does not have her feminist religion shit. She has to retract from "she's a cunt/ignoring me because racism/feminism" to "I am an autistic".
Once you realize the true intent, the story clicks. Why in-between cunt couldn't give her real name, that "what's real feminism" part, why she "admires" boobs and not "ogles" them, why the "You’re a good person. Thanks.” ending is a punchline. Because she and everyone is up in their own ass so deep, and in-between chink is what happens when you go pass nuclear.
