I watch Destiny on and off. I disagree with much of his politics but I think he's interesting as pure distilled liberalism. If you want the best liberal argument on some issue, he's usually a good source.

For example, the standard reddit liberal argument on immigration tends to go down these weird cultural avenues suggesting some kind of national self-loathing:

That's a good point. It means if you want to refute Destiny, you have to refute the academy and the prevailing ideology in one fell swoop. I think this is possible but only by someone that has committed themselves to stepping outside the liberal world order.
