Why are people unwilling to accept that might makes right?

Because they believe in a magical universal power called "empathy". I'm not saying that true empathy doesn't exist, but it's very limited in scope; it only really applies for close relatives and when a traumatic event happens (like a death or a loss of property). Without the universalization of empathy, moral relativists and materialists don't possess any arguments as to why any action is good or bad

No mechanism has ever been proposed, to my knowledge at least, of how might could make right. The assertion is usually, rather, that right simply doesn't exist, and the strong do what they can while the weak suffer what they must.

I cannot tell if culture is being made deliberately more retarded or not. Like OP's pic, it's a masterpiece of imbecility. Irrelevant twitter nobodies with inane comments stitched onto an image that is a butchered visual metaphor that the creator of this abomination likely did not have the IQ to even understand.

Imagine, if you will, a sub-80 IQ negro who doesn't know how to write, but wants to send a letter to somebody. So what does he do? He goes to the library, the pulls random books off the shelf and starts ripping pages out, based on how pretty the letters look, and then tapes together a "letter" which he then tapes in a public space for everybody to look at. That is basically what these hacked up memes are.

The people making these things have no comprehension of the original internally consistent visual language of these memes. They're like a cargo cult worshiping wojacks.

Neither universal hippy we are all equal rights nor dark side edgemaster power dynamics sound quite sufficient to me.
I suspect it's actually more a matter of people surviving by working together.

>how could might make right?
>the assertion is that right doesn't exist, so the strong impose what is right on others
How are these two statements contradictory? They seem to complement one another.
>Right doesn't exist => Those with power can arbitrarily determine what is right

>heh, if I act extremely pedantic about what "right" means then I negate your argument!
This is why nobody likes sophists.

The only real pleasure a human gets is loving and helping others, if you don't understand this you have not lived enough, or you're fundamentally dishonest. Any act of sheer animal domination is a superfluous yet eternal desire that can only produce one feeling of pleasure in the form of a hideous orgasm and is frustrated by all the feelings of pure horror for all involved upon the reality of the crime. Goodness makes right because it feels good

But empathy is ultimately a form of selfishness, because it's ultimately about YOUR feelings. If harming others makes YOU feel bad, you are acting in your own self interest by not harming people and avoiding these feelings. It isn't real altruism, because actual altruism would be purely motivated by the feelings of others, and wouldn't be ultimately motivated by your own personal feelings.
