Good references except it’s YIN. YIN is symbolically feminine and dark/passive/receptive/even akin to unformed-chaos if you want, and YANG is the active, masculine principle.
Philip K. Dick was pretty much a Jungian as a significant part of his worldview, he’s supposed to have read Jung voraciously at some time as a young man, and Jung shows up a lot as an influence in his works, sometimes explicitly referenced. So, good reference inasmuch as it would align with PKD’s Jungianism.
