I tend to just watch movies on Halloween. I have been on a Shiraishi kick the last few weeks so I am saving a rewatch of Noroi for the big day.

I just finished up Doctor Faustus last night. Reading The Wine Dark Sea by Aickman

Finished reading Frankenstein yesterday. Read a few short stories by Poe. Next year I might try to read It and reread The Halloween Tree.

Meanwhile me, a based opiate addict, used codeine, and then Oxy for 2 years, then smoked heroin every day for a year, now on Methadone for a year and sober from everythign else and possess a beautifully functioning brain. I never understood stim addicts. Sure I've used stims like cocaine, speed, MDMA for festivals and dance music events/raves, but the downsides of them so vastly outweigh the positives. I couldn't do a stim without some opiates to come down with, kill my headache, relax my anxiety, give me an appetite and let me sleep. Sleep and rest are so important for the brain, I have never "binged" on stims, would just use them for an evening say 5-7 hours and then not touch again till the following event/party etc.

This is a spooky one.

well that's your problem. look up what stimfap is and try to forget it as soon as possible. seriously. it would really suck if this post becomes the origin of another infection because someone's sense of rebellious curiosity has been triggered.
