Can I write a novel that is like 200 pages that resemble like a tarot deck of cards, where is a drawing with some poetrhy and some text, but visually looks like a TGC card?

Alan Moore did it with some artist in his cheese pizza comic.

So what Im trying to say is it wouldnt be a novel it would be a comic or picture book.
