I do 100 pushups a day, ten sets of ten in about 15-20 minute span because that's how i like doing them. While I'm doing them I keep track by making little marks in my notebook. I looked at my notebook the other day and saw them all together on one page and realized I had done a couple thousand pushups the last couple weeks without really thinking about it or trying that hard. Little things like that can add up and having a visual representation of what you've achieved is a pretty good feeling.
