I read 15 pages too technically since it was at 2 am (2 hours ago). Otherwise I read 30 since I also read at 4 am the day before, but technically all during what was the same day for me.
Basically everytime my brain is too fast and singing really loudly I just try to shut it to sleep. I fail everytime as evidenced by the fact that I still haven't slept in close to 30 hours.

>born in darkness, molded by it
>forced to live in the light
>not even good lit about insomniacs to cope

The narrator of Fight Club is an insominac at the beginning of the book. For something more holistic however, I recommend the Beats.

Alright thank you very much for the recs, I've always avoided the Beats apart from The Road and Naked Lunch

Oh well The Road was exactly what was on my mind lmao. Maybe try Kerouac's novella Satori in Paris, or The Dharma Bums/Desolation Angels.

Kek well it's been a long while and I don't even remember him having insomnia in that book so I might read it again. And thanks for the other recs, I really appreciate it, I'll definitely check these out

You're welcome. And it isn't that he has insomnia in the book, but the book has a lot of dirty, grungy scenes at night where the characters are high on tea, coffee, benzedrine, smack, etc. yakking the night away smoking endless cigarettes back to back and with jazz on the phonograph. That's what I meant when I said "holistic."

Do you mean the anon who posts disgusting images as OPs (mostly Nikocado Avocado's asshole) and rails against the jannies?

Oh I see, misunderstood what you meant. Thanks again lol

I read an entire book. Wasn't long, though. I need to stop using the Internet and reading entertainment, though.
