Let's post about one of best mecha animes ever made.

You know I actually finished this semi-recently.
Overall I definitely dug the show, it's a shame it's so ugly 90% of the time, I don't think it ruins the show by any means and I'm not some kind of graphicswhore but MAN sometimes it really just looks like total shit.
Also the second half of the show is just so good, really love how much we get to look into the characters, it really helps the build up to the super strong final arc obviously.
I wouldn't call it one of my favorites or some kind of masterpiece, but I definitely had a very good time watching it and the ending alone IS one of the crazier /m/ endings in my opinion.
Haven't watched II yet though because I'm not retarded.

It is interesting how many toy enthusiasts there are on /m. I only started this thread because I wanted to reminisce about watching Teknoman (Yes, Teknoman, not ''Tekkaman'' I watched SABAN version) on Fox Kids/Jetix. I called it a Tekkaman thread to not cause unnesescary butthurt. I know ow you guys hate dubbed anime.

Wish the images for all those CollectionDX reviews were still working since some of the QC issues were just baffling, with one of the Laserion modes resulting in a "FUCK THIS SHIT" conclusion to the whole review.

My bad somehow missing your reply. But you've probably seen by now that they're two of the companies making modern Tekkaman Blade model kits.
At the time, Wave had released Blade, Evil and Sol 1 & 2, while moderoid had released Blade and Detonator Orgun.
I mixed them up.

Coincidentally, right after I posted that, Moderoid announced upcoming Evil, Dagger, and Axe.

Only faggots hate the superior dub. Yes yes I know the jap original has an amazing cast, but the music and sfx are God tier in the dub. Shara's death is also much more emotional because she doesn't repeat the same sentence 4 times. Every characters voice fits theme perfectly in the dub. You know what fuck it it's time for a rewatch.

It is just an audio drama with an animation promo. And it is pretty trash. Aki became an edgy anti hero, Noel got killed, Dboy became Aki's personal boytoy. The only thing valuable is how it brings back Dboy back to the game instead of keeping him as a cheap "bittersweet ending" ( with Aki cutting her hair short lmao ). Call me a madman, i don't think TB has a good writing, but atleast it undone the dogshit ending of the tv show.
