Rahxephon gets pretty close and also has the ancient civilization influence going on.

Other stuff Yoji Shinkawa worked on also kinda applies such as Death Stranding and MGS.

There really isn't much though, ZoE has a very unique vibe.

Even the stuff I listed is only 50-70% similar at most.

The obvious Xenogears and Xenosaga. The games are weird as shit, but the battle segments have not aged well. But the accompanying design materials are pretty fantastic. Xenogears Perfect Works ~the Real thing~ specifically is fully translated and on the panda.
Junya Ishigaki is also a hell of a mechanical designer.
