Ɐ and 00 Qan[T] are the closest to SRs in Gundam as far as I know. Devil Gundam also comes close.

But mecha of that size have never been seen in GD. They lack the reality-bending shenanigans divine (Mazinger) and Getter energy can pull off.

There HAVE been weapons that are pretty huge by human standards, but most are unwieldy and little more than space stations or really BIG guns.
