Dunbine also sucked. None of the characters have any personality, and about halfway through it just becomes an anarcho-primitivist tirade about how war is caused by technology and we need to go back to medieval times to be happy.

I could understand Blue Gender being 'anarcho-primitivist' at the very end, but I never got that feel from Dunbine.

I liked the characters so I was extra disappointed by what the reverse-isekai half of Dunbine devolved into.
But it was less anarcho-primitivist and more just a point about careful what you wish for kids, this is the robots coming to your world look how shit it is.
