Once the SSSS Gridman director gets the rights to animate another franchise, we might get Transformers since it's clear he wants to make a show about it but I assume the license to make such a show is expensive
I would love Kazuki Nakashima to come back but he seems to be stuck doing Batman Ninja movies and for whatever reason he wasn't given a 24 episode length for his last two projects on Trigger

I'm just mentioning because before Gridman the director wouldn't shut up about how much he enjoyed the original toku and even made a fan animation using an unused upgrade design of Gridman, he really wanted to make this Anime. After Gridman it seems his second biggest interest is Transformers which is why he made that anniversary animation and also wouldn't stop referencing Transformers on the Gridman Anime.

Roze of The Recapture was better than G-Quacks Gunduck and I give both a perfect score. And neither of those are on par with Fafner The Beyond or Seed Freedom. Mecha was on life support only limping all my because of Satelight in the 2020s but has made a triumphant return.
