Hello /m/. You are my last chance to figure out an old anime I saw in my youth. I am sorry to make this thread.
I have very little to go on. The only specifics I remember are: a man and a woman can fuse into one cybernetic being. It used animation as well as live action with miniatures. I believe they piloted some kind of robot but it could just have been a fighter jet, I do not remember.
If I had to place the animation my brain says its late 60s early 70s. It would look close to Mach GoGoGo for example. This is all I have to go on.
I'm using an Ultraman Ace image because of the man and woman combining thing. The series I am looking for is not Ultraman Ace, it is most definitely animated at least partly.
