No one, and that's why Turn A being the end of every gundam series can't be canon.

I dunno but considering the crazy tricks Domon pulled out of his ass to beat the other shuffle alliance members, like creating solid clones, I have to wonder if Domon could just make shit up to counter other Gundams.

Domon is basically a full on super hero at that point in the series. Unless you have reality breaking shit he's going to use the power of love to defeat you. This is why putting Domon in these kinds of fights is stupid.

God Gundam, right after it got introduced (so middle of the series), could fly into the outer atmosphere under its OWN POWER, something that UC Gundams can only do by UC 153 (Victory Gundam), rebounded off the Gundam Fight ropes, and traveled the distance between the Guiana Highlands and Hong Kong in less than 5 minutes.

It traveled 16.901 km in under 5 minutes!

Only space-faring machines (usually battleships, but with a few MS) can be that fast, and never in the atmosphere.

I’d say that ignoring any of the devil gundam fights still puts Domon in top tier. With the mobility of the pilot system and his large arsenal of melee weapons and martial arts techniques, anything that gets within melee range is gonna be destroyed, period. He would struggle with anyone sticking to long range as even his Sekiha Tenkyoken has a slow startup and doesn’t seem effective in a space scenario. In a space scenario with unlimited area of movement God would struggle against many protags. On earth or in any sort of enclosed space God Gundam clears
