Identifying the danger of engaging the S-Class Maverick Hunter, KB-BL retreats from the Red Reploids wrath. While some reinforcements arrive to try and impede both KB-BL and Zero, they are all quickly struck down by their sabers as KB-BL finally is able to avoid Zero's pursuit. Arriving at the Gravity Core of Sky Lagoon, KB-BL discovers the Maverick Hunter Magma Dragoon within the gravity chamber.

Returning to the site of the impact, KB-BL scans the area for any survivors, now turning his focus to saving any humans or Reploids who may have avoided by killed in the crisis.

Retreating, Colonel leaves the partially damaged KB-BL to contemplate how it avoided being affected by the Maverick outbreak on Sky Lagoon, and if the future of the Repliforce is truly doomed by the crisis. As it repairs itself, KB-BL learns of Generals session from humanity, with him proclaiming Repliforces desires to achieve total independence. Exiled from Repliforce due to his ties to the Sky Lagoon corps and without any evidence to prove his innocence, KB-BL falls back onto his primary objective...

Backtracing Magma Dragoon's signal, KB-BL is able to identify the Maverick Hunter hiding within a volcano. Oddly however, it does not appear the Magma Dragoon is attempting to hide his location, almost as if he is waiting to be found...

While scanning Repliforce's database, KB-BL discovers a vital infection that managed to worm its way into Sky Lagoon's forces mass programming. While studying the threat, KB-BL discovers a trace of the virus still growing within Repliforce's primary database.

Cutting its way through any defenses Cyber Peacock readies, the underhanded Maverick continues to try and activate the dormant Maverick Virus swimming through KB-BL's data, even going as far as to send the Knot Beret coded messages through the flow of data to try and convince it to stand down rather than continuing its advance.

With one final mocking squawk, Cyber Peacock's body is completely destroyed in the blast. Scanning Cyber Peacocks data, KB-BL upgrades his offensive capabilities with self-aiming. With the database now crumbling, KB-BL makes a hasty retreat back to reality as the Virus lurking within Repliforce's database is rendered null with its destruction.

Refusing to end the operation immediately, KB-BL uses his own data to connect to the laboratories ruined database, with him uncovering plans to build a new model combat body for a Reploid. Maintaining this data, KB-BL leaves the now worthless lab, now with the ability to create a perfect copy of himself using [Soul Body] grenades.

Casval gets the Newtype Corp plus his Side 7 raid group (and I think Boone) while Kycillia gets M'Quve, the Tri Stars, Johnny Ridden and a couple others because they both defected from Gihren's Zeon (who still has way more options) for example.

In a similar vein, Quattro, Scirocco and Glemmy have diminished ranks (especially Scirocco) because they take control when most of the named roster is dead already.

I can not change animations. Perhaps one day someone will figure out that process, but it is far beyond me right now. As for altering unit stats and making them functional, it really comes down if you care about the animations playing. I think the reason the campaign needed an intermission is that there was a whole act 1 planned and that Act 1 would lead to us either perma-joining Neo Zeon or joining the Rey army. It's only when one party is super far gone, like Haman here frankly that it's a terrible idea.
