Not a bad option, since the tech level to build a Mecha Goji means a big time jump into the future, which gives time for Goji to regenerate back to it's full power again and feature it's own cast since the first movie cast either would be too old or already passed away.

If it was I'd hope it isn't as the follow up to Minus One. A giant mech would be out of place even on the Shin continuity. I love Mechagodzillas but I don't want the Reiwa movies to destroy the good grounded setting they have just to fit a mecha in it, in the same way I hope they don't make Godzilla the good guy and protector of children again.

Since Minus One tied Godzilla's creation to an actual nuclear test, I think it would be cool if Ghidorah was created or summoned to Earth by the Tsar Bomba
