H.A.R.D.A.C. Batman legitimately thought it was the real Bruce Wayne and the real thing was a copy, and destroyed itself after it thought it killed him
Cyborg was part of a marketing gimmick to make readers wonder if Superman really came back from the dead as a cyborg somehow, then when the real thing came back depowered was outed a supervillain who controlled technology
