Instead of ordering Euphemia to kill Japanese people as a joke, Why didn't Lelouch use his Geass on Euphemia and order her to have sex with him 6 times a day everyday?

I know this is one of the "why didnt x do z to have sex with y" threads but its still maddening that the most crucial plot point of this show hinges on Lelouch making a retarded joke about killing people instead of saying something equally silly like "kiss me" or some shit. Theres something profoundly unsatisfying about your story depending on contrivances like this, it sours everything that comes after because you keep thinking "if only he made a different fucking joke".

While this doesn't completely nullify the contrivance of the scene, I think Lelouch said that specifically because (1) he wanted to use a very extreme example to illustrate his point, and (2) at least subconsciously he had thought about sabotaging Euphemia and the SAZ to further his own ends.

Because Leleouch clearly wanted to sabotage her efforts, he was just lying to her(and the audience) and was clearly torn up about it. I remember thinking it was stupid the first time watching the show but on my second rewatch that I did recently I realized he obviously said that on purpose to get what he wanted and was just lying to himself that it was an accident. It's obvious from his actions after the fact that it was planned. It's a little awkward but it's writing that filters undersocialized retards for sure, as to be expected from a 300IQ retardgenius like Leleouch

You guys are retarded, the point of the scene was to show you he was losing control over using Geass. This is why from that point after he's wearing the mask and using contact lenses to block it until he needs it. It is because Lelouch is a 300 retardgenius, that seens like this need to happen so that you understand he's still a fuck up.

There used to be a video about this. I think it was called Lelouch and Euphie "How to start a Revolution".

Remind me, did Lelouch ever reveal to anyone (other than CC) that that command was a stupid mistake, or did he persistently continue to pretend he did it on purpose?

I remember him clearly telling Suzaku that he did it on purpose, but I don't remember if the truth came out in any other circumstances.

No. It's very much Lelouch's character to take full ownership of his fuck ups by claiming he did them intentionally to not avoid blame.
