I stream to my own cytube room every weekend using picarto, you just need to grab the direct HLS stream URL from your picarto page the moment you're live on it. Only way to do this, as far as I know, is by using firefox. Just right click anywhere on your picarto page once you're live there, inspect element, then network tab, look for a file under the name "index.m3u8" with a green 200 status code, right click it then Copy Value > Copy URL. This URL is what you use to queue into cytube. The URL stays the same most of the time, but if anything happens on picarto's end (or sometimes your end), this URL will change without notice, making the stream seem dead on cytube, but not picarto, you have to repeat the same process to get the new backup HLS URL picarto assigned your stream.
