I'm eyeing the offer package from the site for the hotel booking, but it mainly depends if people need a room and are willing to split cost AND knowing that I'll likely be leaving sunday since I have to be home by monday for work obligations. I see the site says there's a fee for checking out early but I'm going to message them and ask if it applies if one person, in this case the main one that booked the room, is the one that leaves early while others using the room might still use it for the additional night.

There are actually currently 9 seats in reserve for the public. Not all the sponsors have responded to which screening they would like to go to with their free ticket yet. So we have reserve spots in both screenings until they do, then we can add a public ticket to the screening they end up not going to.

I'm also trying to see if the theater can solve their technical issues with their largest auditorium, which would let us add even more seats.
