If your computer can handle it, I use stability matrix. You can get it from the ai thread. The package is comfyui. I recommend starting with pony diffusion as your checkpoint since it has ponies built in. Although illustrious is better, it sucks to rely on loras for characters, but it's what I use now.

Depends on the character and style. Coco took me forever because her hands kept coming out bad, but that may have been due to the composition of the shot. This style works well with Sweetie, so it doesn't take long. That's why Chrysalis uses that other style. She just works well with it.
