You shouldn't need interest to make pony music. It's a nice to have , but pony should be your sole motivation for creation.

I wonder how many of these fandom musicians who moved on failed to reach the same level of popularity again. It seems pretty common that they try new things, with their newer non-pony stuff getting a fraction of the views
