Pardon my ghostliness. To say I've been busy lately would be putting it mildly. It's great to see there's still a city for me to come back to time-and-again all the same.

Might've missed the big cyberpunk 'shoot this incredible set was built for, but that doesn't mean I couldn't dust-off my own camera and see just how rusty I've become behind the lens on my own time. Please forgive some somewhat amateurish photography as I come to grips with my own tools once again.

Trotting through these neon-soaked streets in my usual Autumn-toned attire simply wouldn't do. A change of clothing - and general attitude (best as I could muster for being moody) - was most certainly in order for the occasion.
The essence of cyberpunk is all about the hopes of popen-kind being crushed beneath the dirtied hooves of ultra-capitalism, and what better way to represent that soul-crushing ennui than a generic, featureless gray hoodie and beanie cap? Perfect for showing the world your sense of fashion is just as dead as (You) are on the inside...! I'm half-kidding - it's a nice, approachable look for a laid-back sort, but some rock the look better than others.

It's all fake, of course. Not even lonely souls would find much solace in being stared-down by a giant hologram, even more hollow and ephemeral than our usual existence in this living hell of a city. But being up here, near the highest of balconies, away from all the rot and ruin and woeful misery... It's nice. For what it is.

Savor these rare scraps of positivity as they come, you'll need to ration them out as the week marches on.

Far from my finest close-up, will admit. Could've made myself look a lot more beaten-up before taking this one in retrospect. Not usually the type for looking like I've taken a fight and lost, even if drumming-up a faux-bloodied snoot and piling-on the eyeshadow to fake a black eye would've suit the scene better.
Oh well, perhaps next time this lovely wireframe is used for another lovely showpiece down the line.

Also I can't get "Popen [Some-thing] Style" out of my head since it fits the syllable cadence of the song perfectly (obviously substituting "[some-thing]" for an actual two-syllable word), but outright naming Gangnam directly would be way too on-the-nose. If there was something thematically appropriate with only two syllables which could be substituted for Gangnam, it'd be a potential match, but I'm drawing a blank there myself at the moment.

Hm. Not sure how it is with windows versions of the viewers but at least Firestorm lets you download an archive that you can just unpack. That's how I actually run Firestorm. I always just download the latest archive from their site, unpack it in my FS folder and simply start the executable in the folder. Maybe you can do the same. Just hit the .exe without any installation and see what happens

You might need to change the registry keys in windows for alchemy. You can also try using the windows explorer search function and searching your local drive for any left over alchemy files. It could also be possible that your old drive still show up in the BIOS so you might also want to check that.
