IMO meh, they're supposed to be weak and vulnerable outcasts, not represent or allegorise powerful beings. I picture them as basically being left to struggle to make a living with their restrictions, doomed to being playthings should any ground ponies wish to grab them, or in the very best (and least kinky) case maybe some compassionate soul might befriend them and help them out without taking advantage of them.
None of that is very "fallen angel"-like.

Excellent question, I'm usually happy with OCs, because it means it could actually happen in the "real" Equestria rather than just a headcanon AU.

So she would. A "fallen" Luna leading her own rebellion would be kino - an alicorn brought down, bound, stripped of (some of) her powers, and commanding a following from the shadows. I like that for her. Her worshippers could be enthusiasts of bondage themselves, either in solidarity and adoration of their princess, or just because they're kinky so serving the bound princess was up their alley.
Luna would be living a life of dichotomy, both commanding an army of worshippers and standing against her sister that cursed her so, but at the same time having to live with the shame of indeed being cursed and rendered powerless in ways she's helpless to undo.

I haven't re-read that anon's kink society ponebin in a while, but I think my thinking is still along the same lines as the conversation the thread had back then - pegasi are the ones using bondage as a social hierarchy tool, but unicorns would be using it for more individual submission relationships, with wealthier and more powerful or skilled unicorns keeping servants or slaves, but otherwise not having any castes or public punishments - and probably shying away from egregious displays of public bondage and submission, except to make a particularly extravagant statement.

So that having been said, I'm thinking that Luna, upon her defeat was branded as an outcast pegasus-style. Celestia then meant to also take ownership of her unicorn-style - or maybe she even did - but Luna was still a princess and, to many, a goddess; her armies may have been defeated in battle but she was not without loyal followers, and was able to escape Celestia's binds and abscond into the shadows. But the brandings of a pegasus outcast are not easily removed, and ones applied by an alicorn are even beyond another alicorn's power to overpower and break, so now Luna lives in the dark and shadows half-bound, the disgraced queen of subterfuge - never able to challenge Celestia openly or show herself to all but her most loyal servants, but ever a thorn in Equestria's side and successfully maintaining her rule of shadows through the centuries, foiling and escaping Celestia's grasp at each turn. A dark queen whose alicorn powers are diminished, but whose powers of shadow and scheming have only been honed.

Anyway, all this to say that you could definitely have unicorns coming in as bondage freaks, and I can easily see Trixie being one. You could probably do quite well in getting to a high-ranking position in - maybe not the Shadowbolts if that's reserved for Luna's flying servants, then whatever the generic name would be for Lunar devotees - while also submitting to all kinds of bondage gear, for a mixture of solidarity and training. Trixie, the bound lieutenant, who commands an entire division of shadow ops and has conducted many successful raids, all while bound and de-powered in a variety of ways - in the image of her forever restrained Bound Empress who has been doing the same for a millenium. And Trixie personally would get off on the unicorn-style basically feudal-like relationship, of being a high-ranking property to the goddess of the moon herself, thus propelling her social status (in the right circles) even despite being bound.

I think a court divide situation would be more fun, where instead of Luna being an escapee she's more of a politicial hostage who's slowly building her power base from the shadows, while on the public view she still has to show submission to her sister.

I think that part could take a page from what Manic did with the magic syphoning mechanism of the suits, but implement it as a biological quirk.

Ï am already thinking about the composition of this, and i think that this should have at least two pictures. One in a forge, where the stuff is getting assembled on her so we can see her brandings and the inside of her "armor", then the second part where she is stumbling in the halls of the ruined castle, her armor showing some wear and tear from the passage of time. Of course everything would depend on the overall idea, if this should be a punishment for NMM, or sisterly fun during the weekend.

Kinda yeah, except that it will be one suit shared by both of them, so there is only one free princess at a time. At least that was my first idea. The suit can also be chained deep beneath the castle in some anti-magic vault to prevent escape or rescue.

I know dragons arent your thing, but this being a welded on the spot armor would fit really well for a lava resistant dragon.
But going back to alicorns, what kind of tied position would NMM have during this ? Vertically spread eagled with her lower visible belly showing the brandings and all ? Rocking horse frame with the branding visible on the flanks ?

You could have more scratches and dirt rather than tear to show how permanent it is.
Or were you thinking of 1000 years being the lifespan of the thing ? Cause that would be a good scenery. To show the condemned and forgotten NMM close to freeing herself, with the armor wearing out and the brandings being shown on the gaps.

Still divided on that, but that second idea is slowly winning me over for its novelty, despite how much the locked beast scenario would look sick.

I like that idea better for the playtime scenario. Have Celly or Luna writhing on the floor, with her neck collared and chained to the floor, and her metallic rump on display with a heavy leaking coming out of the slit. Almost a grimdark version of that Dombrus rubber art with Celestia.

Nothing really exact. The teleporting thing threw me off a bit and made me thing of the armor requiring some price to be paid regularly, and it would collect from each princess in that manner.
Or to go with something for the lore, maybe its a modified ancient armor that the sisters found centuries ago, originally made to entrap a powerful regenerative being, with the lock being powered by the blood from the spikes. And they would have found the thing that would finally scratch that itch of theirs, with some additions made laters on that would energized in the same manner, like a spiked vibrating dildo, eletrostim parts, spread pear of anguish, etc.

I think this setup should be magical and interacting only with her, so we would see items passing through a chain which would still hold her tight. I like playing with horny denial, but the spikes could still have some magical function of their own.
