With this release, Hasbro officially confirms that none of the Haber-era monstrosities are canon anymore and are officially retconned out of existence.
This paves the way for the upcoming reboot/continuation series to he colloquially known as “the REAL Season 6.”
Bonus features include a bunch of good shit like the “Adventure Ponies” promo, the original “Equestria Girls” song and more, but it also includes a mini-documentary called “Why Aren’t Seasons 6–9 (Fake Seasons) on This Blu-Ray?”, which officially confirms those seasons as eternally non-canon forever. Interviews from Lauren Faust, Meghan McCarthy, M.A. Larson and more, all explaining why anyone who likes those seasons is a fake fan and officially banned from the Brony community.

I would include seasons 1-3 as well as the first EQG so it would be self-explanatory as to why they didn't continue.
