Nightmare Moon does sound cool. It's more mysterious and dark, while the multiple meanings within her name fit Luna's conflict between her two personalities.
Daybreaker sounds badass and fits with Celestia's evil side erupting from her, evoking thoughts of conquest and being unstoppable.
I love Daybreaker, but they're both good.
