>What is SS13?
Space Station 13 is a multiplayer online game similar to Find the Traitor games like Werewolf, Town of Salem, and more. However, it is also a detailed atmospherics simulator, as well as a great venue for roleplay and immersion. It's set on a space station of course, and the players must work together in different departments to keep it running smoothly - until the traitor explodes the engine core and everyone dies.

>Ponies in Space
This server has a /tg/ update that was made for April Fools but works as a normal game. Pegasi, unicorns and earth ponies were added each with their own unique ability. Vibes are MRP but fun IS allowed.

>Development Goals
The current development plan is to create an Everfree Forest region for the ponies to visit and mine as a snapshot preview of the big picture: an Equestria Simulator where plots and shenanigans that would fit into the show can play out. Conversion of existing systems is planned: antagonists can be reskinned, departments like science and chemistry can be converted into magical research and alchemy, et cetera.

Trying to ponify the targeting section thingy. Are the two revisions any good, if so, which do you prefer?

Opt 2 is creative but is unintuitive because body targeting must be able to be done quickly, the usual body targeting system works because of the body symmetry and clear distinction between different limbs. It may be best to keep it as is, all the codebases usually keep the targeting dolls the same even if reskinned. It may not resemble a pony but functionality/readability/utility > aesthetics when it comes to UI.

In regards to adding the Everfree and the planet we can travel and stuff
I always thought it'd be cool if there'd be actual weatherponies
However in the context of SS13, I have no idea what they'd do

Quite frankly I haven't actually played atmos before and only know about it in the context of making the SM not blow up when it's delamming, but that's a good idea, I should learn some so I can help expand the idea

In SL I do pegasus magic when they are flying, because unicorn magic is focus based, I think flying for pegasus is a good focus for them to cast spells, instead of if they were on the ground

Somepony said we should make them have a stunning EEK attack and heal faster from eating fruit (like how earth ponies heal faster from eating food in general). But yeah I'm also going to make them have the fly hop. I'm also considering getting a full flying animation for both bat and pega and changing it from a hop to a jetpack kind of thing.

I've finally been in touch with the spriter and they're working on changeling, kirin (both forms) and bat pony right now, they said we should have them within the week and so coding them in shouldn't be super hard either.

This idea is cute and I would indeed like to try and get more implementation of the powers that different pony types have, something with atmos control would be great.
