Rin should be Diamond Tiara or Silver Spoon so the other can be Kuro, the spiteful lesbian loli.
Mimi is a tricky one because we need an early-bloomer human filly who’s shy. Some people suggest loli Fluttershy would work, but it feels weird to have her on the main team alongside Diamond Tiara and Silver Spoon.
Aoki needs to be a somewhat lame stallion with the potential to be a chad, which is hard to find in MLP. I guess Sunburst fits in some ways; even in the related picture, I get Aoki vibes from him.
For Boin, I’d say go with Cheerilee—she’s generic but fits well.
For Shirai, I can totally see Ms. Harshwhinny; she fits perfectly.
Still, I can’t find stallions to take the roles of Oyajima and Reiji.

Sorry it's taking so long. I thought I would've been able to have it done by May, but a combination of IRL and me trying to keep detail in resulted in it being longer than I planned. Right now, it's almost 3x longer than previous chapters.
