Yeah, it would be great for future "but they kissed!" jokes. Next to the "Sounds of Silence" edit where it looks is an episode pre S8.

When I saw her break down after meeting Twilight again, talking about how her best(?) friend not going to her party made her fall into abyss, lose self-worth, become a workaholic to keep the feelings bottled, it made me feel something. I'm glad this was resolved, but I felt it should've been expanded to two episodes or so, to underline how easy it is to accidentally hurt some ponies deeply.

That thread was a fascinating read. I wasn't on /mlp/ at the time so it's an interesting time capsule. So many things are so different (people talking about "feels" and accusing Moondancer of being an "SJW") while so many things are exactly the same ("cum on glasses?" "shut up frog poster"). It's also bizarre as a zoomer to read an /mlp/ thread where something good is coming out and people are reacting appropriately. I've been here for five years and no good pony content has been released in that time. I wish I could have been there for it.

Reading through that thread gave me feels, probably one of the last universally agreed good episodes
There was so much activity, and the banter was almost the same as it is now, but there were more frogs, wojacks, and sjw posting
