This is what happens when Anon is put in charge of making accommodations for the various ministries of the Equestrian government during a renovation of the palace. I think this might make for a funny green.

He wouldn't. Love is intrinsically linked to appearance. He may claim he has risen above that, but he hasn't, no human can.

You can, it takes willpower and dedication. Even with the appearance argument, it is very possible to force yourself to find something attractive.

That is in fact a bonus, for me at least. Sometimes i like to imagine an Equestria where everything is realistic (cartoon logic stays as is). For example timberwolves that would probably make you nearly shit yourself if you saw one.

That's only because you already know her as a pony. If you met her as a worm, and only a worm, you'd never have given her a second thought. Stop lying to yourself, you can't outsmart your own biology.

I think cartoon physics just define how objects are projected. Like when you watch on TV, there's an imaginary "camera" for any given scene. And if you actually went there, your eyes would just become a "camera". So it would look like a flash animated episode of MLP except you're surrounded by it, there's no frame or anything. But beyond your perception there would be a <3D (less than three dimensional, but greater than 2 dimensional) space that everything abides within, and your other senses would respond to more "precisely". This is an idea I've been obsessed with since I was like 6 by the way. I have no idea how the technology to render video games in <3D doesn't exist yet.

This makes no sense, Anon. There's no such thing as half a dimension that could fill the gap.

hmm, interesting idea
>3D world, except objects are represented by 2D graphics depending on the viewing angle
3D games sometimes do something similar with background assets to improve performance. But using it as the crux of the entire visual style is not something I've seen. Could be really neat, I'm tempted to try doing something like that.
