She loves the rain, and also smells like it. She pretty much treats all kinds of weather like a toy, but she absolutely loves singing and dancing in the rain the most.
Used to be a weather factory worker, then a Wonderbolt cadet, being good enough to be a lead pony, then went back, having saved up enough bits to be rich enough to afford a bunch of stuff for herself (also being able to offer thrice the bits for a yellow aisle than Rarity did) and also to still have enough, which was kind of a challenge for her because she's an impulsive mare.
Best friends with Rainbowshine. She's on good terms with everypony and has a decent amount of ponies she considers her friends, even if being rather ambiverted herself (there's Sassaflash, Merry May, Dizzy Twister, Cloud Kicker and Sunshower Raindrops if you want somepony more extraverted).
Has a heart of gold; is very sweet, kind and altruistic. If some factory got lazy and caused a drought, she would single-hoofedly make it rain in the affected area. If somepony is struggling, she would do anything to help them if she's competent at it (e.g. flying, music and singing (in fact she's quite enthusiatic at it), helping a newbie around the factory). She would do anything to make you happy, and would triple the efforts if you return her kindness to her.
She would be a great mother, kind and helpful but also fun-loving. She was a single foal, but she doesn't mind having more than one herself.
