Measure them from the bottom of the hoof to the top of the head, ignoring the mane, the ears and the horn, if they have it.

They're all the same fucking size. This headcanon shit ignores and ruins every other character. Applejack isn't as big as her brother, Pinkie isn't as chubby as Mrs. cake, and Scootaloo doesn't look down at her dwarfy hero.
