Well that's plainly untrue. They have the same number of fingers and toes as humans, they have a nose rather than a muzzle, they have a distinct chest, waist and hips rather than their torso merging together into a single shape and they have no tail. They look ugly but if you know what a human looks like they'd be your most immediate point of comparison.

They're head shape isn't human, they're unnaturally spindly, they have technicolor skin and hair, abnormally large eyes and mouths and extremely small noses. They aren't human, more like a Nephilim spawn.

I dislike how EqG humans look but this is just plainly untrue. If you showed this to a bunch of barely-verbal toddlers and asked them to find the people they'd have a high success rate.
