Factually the stallions have more films. Mare have ironically only actually had 3 mare moves. SH was niether despite ending with Twixie as it was a Shining armor/Cadence/Chrysalis move rather than about the rest. Mares have more episodes because the episodes are general ideas.

A mare movie is the ones actually about Trixie and Twilight as they are the 1 other main ongoing plot and it's central cast. SH doesn't fit that build. Trixie is a side addition to the central narrtive which is mainly about Cadence and the threeway. Hearths warming is just a Christmas special, not a movie and even if we went off your list that it's ignoring the fact that after S&B Stallions quite literally got 2 normal episode and have otherwise been just movies throughout S2 and are starting S3 with another movie. Mare films are always spaced between episodes that have an actual lead in. the most lead in that stallions have had since S2 was porta potty where they were the B plot.
