He's a good writer, a terrible planner and leader. Although I'm sure most of the later season fuckery should be properly attributed to Hasbro. Kind of reminds me of Mass Effect. Mac Walters is a good writer, he wrote most of Garrus and several other beloved characters, but he was terrible as a lead writer. It takes a different skillset.
