I just watched this episode for the first time. I can get jokingly calling it slavery but there's nothing implying Fluttershy's forced to train the whatever-it's-called for free, I expected something way worse considering the way people seriously discuss Rainbow Dash's character based on this episode. She's an impulsive idiot but she didn't sell her friend into slavery, that's silly.
