Yes it is. The actual site is still there. They just don't have the domain anymore. It used to be here: http://bronies.memebase.com/ but recently it's been changed to https://geek.cheezburger.com/bronies

It is also no longer listed on the site (or at least I couldn't find it) so you'd have to somehow know of the link to access it. They've also removed all profiles and scores. It's only a matter of time before they'll get rid of it entirely. Archivists should try to archive the images there. There's probably some classics.
