Honestly it's a mystery. I don't know if Milky Way herself is banned as a person or if it's just her massive glorious tits. I don't usually post Milky Way anyway. I never looked at the Milky Way general.
But /mlp/ used to have some porn, people would usually spoiler it. Technically they eventually made the /trash/ board which I think you can post mlp porn there. That was the whole argument. Well if /mlp/ is a blue board, and ponies can't be posted anywhere else. No lewd pony images can be on 4chan. And I think moot wanted that because he really hated furries, it's the same reason anthro is banned, he just didn't want anything to be similar to furry fandom stuff.
