New green. This ones a distant prequel to the other one that elaborates on a particular line from Anon. Also, this ones from AJ's pov instead of Anon's.

>You move your hooves off his shoulders, and grip his head between them.
>You position his head so you can look him face to face again.
>His eyes are red and misty.
“But I promise you Anon – I’m here to help you however I can.”
>You press your forehead into his, putting your faces close enough to share breath.
“I don’t care what other ponies say or think about you, you’re my friend ‘Non, and an honorary Apple no matter how different ya are from us.”

“I’m willin’ to do what ever it takes to help you feel welcome here, and give you a place you can belong again.”
>Anon closes his eyes, taking a deep breath before moving his arms further up your neck, and giving a more gentle hug.

>His voice is barely a whisper, but you can still hear the gratitude in it.

Yea, I know I do, kek. The main thing is I actually keep a ton of stuff going at the same time that I then bounce between so I don't get burned out. I write a fair bit, It's just all divided among like 20 different stories.
Picrel is my very loosely organized story folder. I basically work on all of these simultaneously, locking in on which ever one I'm feeling the strongest for at the moment. I have one of those Anon attempts suicide stories sitting at 10k words currently. All in all, I have about 35 stories sitting here alone, not even counting my non-FIM stuff I do. So I 'm definitely sitting on a lot of ideas, it's just pinning one down and getting it out that I'm bad at.

I found it's the secret to avoid burnout on writing. When I get tired of one thing, I put it down and switch to something that has my interest more, then come back to the first thing when the ideas are flowing more again. The upside is I never get burnout. The downside is I have stuff that's still sitting in a WIP folder since 2020. Most of that stuff is personal projects though, stuff I write solely for my own entertainment and so I don't really feel pressed to work on them unless I really feel like it. My first CYOA took like a year to make just cause I would sit down and crack out a page and a half in a single night, and then wouldn't touch it again for 3 months, before cracking out another page on another bender.

Yea, those ones are more light hearted. Salt lick is about AJ finding out Anon has salt in his sweat, and Howsyoursexlife(WIP title, that's why there's no spaces) is about the rest of the mane 6 asking AJ about her sex life with Anon. Mainly wanting to know what his penis looks like, and AJ struggling to describe it.
And I have been quite enjoying Linux. Some games have become tricker to play, but I've been figuring out the workarounds.

During one of my latest ventures through Desu, I found an old Appul green that I figured might be of interest to fellow Applefags looking for some reading material. It's some old Silent Hill inspired cyoa, unfortunately unfinished, but after a brief overview does seem to contain some AnonxApplejack action, so I think it may be worth a read regardless.
