Equestrian Landscapes & folktales
Alright post the inspirations for Equestria such as Albert Bierstadt, germanic houses, Switzerland, Camelot, Mount Olympus. Dig up folktales about the unicorns and legends about THE Pegasus. You'll find that Rainbow Dash has a very loyal fanbase of women related to the fountains she spawns out of her hooves.
All those recreations of Ponyville when every gamedev could have just recolored some dutch houses, painted some victorian swirls and got it over with. Foolish autists who never game devved.

Uncanny.
And no there's no cloud city representations, the real Mount Olympus is just a mountain cliff and the architecture would simply be ancient greek buildings from which the romans copied from.
