I would recommend it, that, or reforge. I just couldn't deal with all the workflow stuff, it seemed to just overcomplicate things. I would install Stability Matrix, install forge, and then see if you like the results it produces.

Hello again! I don't have much to report this time, except that posing ponies in Illustrious is hard still for me. I can get more or less complicated poses to work now, but "multiposing" is still a mess. I mean "hoof on face" and "hoof on hip" separately generates what I need (of course it depends on the prompt, sometimes serious adjustments are needed) but together - hands, always hands. I hope I'd be able to figure this out.
But I have a question. I was advised to try NoobAI with Illustrious character Loras (since this works with CivitAI online generator). So what are the best checkpoints for NoobAI for generating feral ponies? I tried some but got absolutely atrocious results, some worked almost fine but still meh.

Okay, apparently Smooth Mix (NoobAI) checkpoint works more or less acceptable with online generation after all, with certain styles at least. But I don't like how it replicated character here and there after High-res fix (not always but still). Maybe I should lower Lora weight idk. And I couldn'tgen more or less complicated poses, like in Illustrious. Anyway, I have another question. I get quite annoying "white dots everywhere" error from time to time. It's not hard to remove them, but it's very annoying. What causes it and is there any way to lower the amount of these dots at least?

It actually seems that contrary to what I thought this isn't the author's fault, but the result of some gay voting system Civitai uses. You can use any LoRA that is enabled for on-site generation, but checkpoints are only enabled if they're part of a selection of just 200 models that people bid (yellow - i.e. paid!) buzz on each week.

I mean, it's understandable that they don't enable all checkpoints, since their systems probably wouldn't be able to handle that, but with a faggy system like this you get slop like https://civitai.com/models/174687?modelVersionId=1779463 currently being in the top position. (Although bidding for this week only just started a few hours ago, so maybe by the end of the week a checkpoint like this will be in a more reasonable position.)

Unfortunately I don't, I either deleted or edited most of them. But I have this recent gen with a small example of this problem. It's clearly visible through wavelet decompose (like in GIMP) they're not part of the lighting or any effects, these dots almost burned into the image, effects and such looks different. And It's not the worst case, but imagine the whole gen covered in them. I encountered different variations of this issue aswell - not only small dots, but huge white blobs and my "favorite" long white scratches. This problem isn't consistent but surely is annoying.

Yes, sometimes things are getting even worse with more steps or after the high-res fix. But isolating key words/Loras? Hm I didn't think about that, gonna try that next time, thank you! Oh and suddenly I got at least some progress with NoobAI, Smooth Mix works well, to an extent, (except complicated poses still) with the right style. Problem is to find the right style, most anime styles ruins my gens, but some gives nice results, like this one.

Hi-res fix tends to make certain elements that you prompt for more pronounced. Maybe this artifact is a result of some keyword you're using. To me, it looks a lot like the kind of stuff you see in anime drawings that try to "realistically" depict sunlight. You know how you see all those small specks of dust when you look into the sunlight shining through your window? Some anime drawings try to emulate that look this way. If you're using some keyword like "crepuscular rays" or whatever, that might be the cause.

Well that explains a lot (especially why I got abysmal abomination when I ran high-res fix twice. I was curious what will happen). And surprisingly enough I didn't used any specific lighting tags then, only recently I started to seriously play with lighting, both with directions and effects. What even more surprising is that dots barely appeared when I went entirely overboard, purely for testing purposes. But I think you're right, somewhere in my prompts could be a keyword/keywords that causing this problem, maybe it's lighting after all. Or maybe it's lora. Or both idk, next time I'll encountert these "dots" all over my gen, I'm gonna try and find the exact trigger. Thanks again, Anon!
