That video is a great example of how to actually do behind the scenes stuff. He already had his series in out when he released this, and it's not filled with cringe OCs voicing other cringe OCs. And it's showing off something that actually took skill and work to make.

But the main issue with this video is such a strong indication it's just not going to be funny. The whole premise is so weird. "We need to make more Buttom Mash fan animations, a whole new 'series' with Nyx and other crappy OCs somehow in there." Why do you even need this many people to make a simple comedy video. Make something simple and good first. The same problem with things like Legends of Equestria, they just don't get it, they make all this official stuff and announcements and "the next phase" same with this video "join our discord server and get sneak peaks of the animation". And it says in the description it's going to take a long time. Okay well hopefully the voice actors are okay with that, hopefully the next video will be about what inspired them to play their parts.

UFP was all done by one guy by the way, as was MAS. All the main character voices and more done by one person and a great job. This is the issue with your list, you dont remember the scope. Literally none of the fandoms you listed (except the HP, PKMN,... tiers) had the reach *peak* MLP did. For a year or so we had a major convention a month with 5k attendees. It's not close.

Unfortunately Hasbro's 10‑Ks and earnings releases dont give us the granularity to compare what each franchise makes year after year (they lump hasbeens like Transformers and MLP with actually succesful IPs like MTG and DnD under 'franchise brands'). Unless we get another retrospective or investor event with public slides it's unlikely we're going to get concrete data. And with Hasbro's current finances this is just not going to happen. We only have the 2013 NY Toy Fair one because TF did 600k on 2009 and they wanted investors happy for Transformers 4 in 2014. But everyone that knows about Hasbro knows this.

It's very likely Scooby Doo hasnt cracked 100M in the last 10 years. I dont know how much of SD is toys but I'd be genuinely surprised if it had grossed over 1.5B since the 2000s given these numbers. Even if it makes 3% of WBD's total licencsing retail (which I doubt), that's 30-60M a year. It just doesnt add up.

I'll only pitch in to say that being a good actor in one discipline does not make you equally as good in another. Just as stage acting has different requirements and emphasis than tv or movie scene acting, voice acting has its own set of challenges. Also, don't forget that in all acting the director is just as much responsible for final products as the actors themselves since the weight of qualitative judgement falls on them first. Another disagreeable point is the assertion that Nazis latched onto his videos, if for no other reason than that it implies there is a significant number of card-carrying members of a National Socialist party. Having been forced to endure this assertion multiple times, I'd like to offer three points of rebuttal and set the record straight:
One: He didn't receive a lot of attention. Ludicross and the split-off animations received little views compared to his canon character animations.
Two: Given his age, it is far more accurate to call attraction to him Ephebophilia.
