Off the top of my head in terms of gross income MLP clears AvsP, TMNT and scooby doo handily with any of the older gens.
From the rest, anything under 4B made less than gen4 alone. This includes DmC, Megaman, spyro, rayman, and all Star Trek films. Also Im sure you know but SEGA's main revenue stream is pachinko and slot machines. Sonic doesnt make dick.
The only thing in your list touching MLP in terms of commercial success is superheavy hitters like Marvel, Minecraft or Pokemon, and to be fair TMNT or Spyro are so low they struggle getting greenlit. You also mixed in "Warner Brothers" and "Japan" or "Canada" as if there's a "Canada fandom".
In terms of fandoms, MLP clears most of these because a majority are not actual fandoms at all. SW, HP, Disney, Pokemon, Minecraft, capeshit, and anime are all leagues above MLP. Anything else here doesnt have a real fandom, they're just things you like.

Just from SEGA, Persona and Yakuza are right there. Deltarune is an actual fandom that produces terabytes of content hourly and has infinite cultural relevance right now.
Historically, our main 'rivals' superwholock, homestuck and Steven Universe (standing in for any cartoon-of-the-month fandom) had stronger and more dedicated fandoms.

This doesnt matter to your broader argument but id be remiss if I didnt mention that hand seals, including the horse seal, predate the creation of the tailed beasts by a number of years.
Since Banbutsu Sozo no Jutsu is as the name implies part of ninjutsu, it's possible the horse sign was used in the creation of the beasts themselves. Though since its yin-yang release its probably just straight up magic with no seals.
So yes Naruto actually has horses in it.
