Let's talk about the woman side of the fandom! Its crazy how male dominated this fandom is online since that it's obvious that a huge majority of MLP's real life audience is female, but that's a byproduct of how male dominated these online communities already are, as well as with how patriarchal the brony fandom can be and its negative stigma. The brony fandom has seemed to get more female over the years as girls who watched the show as kids have now grown up and started participating in the fandom, which is pretty cool! Also, what percentage of the anons on /mlp/ would you estimate are female? My guess would be 5 to 10 percent.
