Well first off, once released from our bonds humans tend to adapt pretty quickly back to our natural state. Like when a domestic pig becomes wild, they become a boar. Their DNA changes. Literally everything about this world keeps us down, and I'm very sure when released up on equestria a human, or even better a group of people? Very driven, obsessed with power and control...and due to equestria having residual magic, instead of the free masons and crap hoarding it and giving it to blood gods, we would probably have access to immeasurable power. No of course it depends on the individual. But a general "token" human? That could be fairly frightening. Could either be a good ally to the kingdom, or a terrible threat. Because I think if we were to have power like discord or celestia, if we were to become god of anything, it would be destruction.
