Linux doesn't need to be debloated, yes, but they still have so many things you need to change to get them to work. The list of things needed I can't remember so there's nothing more I can say, the last time I tried Linux was last year and I remember so many customisation options just not being available without installing this and this and so on and then it probably doesn't work anyway. And I do specially remember looking up certain problems I was having only to find out it was a new problem because Linux had changed.
But the point is you can get Windows and Linux to both work the way you want anyway. And as far as I'm concerned (especially with talon debloating windows for you) they take the same effort. So they're basically equal, aside from the fact Linux doesn't have photoshop which is a big problem. I don't want to use Windows, it's a terrible operating system, I fail to see any advantage with Linux.
